National success for Hereford Dynamix gymnasts at Challenge Cup Final 2022

Young gymnasts from across Britain wowed the crowds in three different explosive gymnastics disciplines with high-flying skills on the trampoline, exhilarating passes on the tumble track, and precise, breathtaking somersaults on the double-mini trampoline.

For many of our gymnasts this was their first time competing at the Challenge Cup Final. In this tightly contested event, solid performances saw the gymnasts return with a haul of medals, personal bests and memories to treasure.

Challenge Cup Qualifiers 2022 - Trampoline & DMT

Congratulations to REUBEN, AMY-ROSE, ZACH, TRISTAN, MARCUS, LILLY & LEO on your qualification to represent the West Midlands at the Inter-Regional Challenge Cup Final 👏👏👏

This national event will be held at the EIS Sheffield on the 3-4 September.

A big well done also to MAISIE & CHARLIE on qualifying as reserves for the event.

We’re so proud of everyone who has competed in the Regional Challenge Cup series. Your performances and improvements have been amazing. And a massive thank you to the parents, coaches and judges for your continued support 🙌

Trampoline stars impress at National Schools Final 2022

The event saw over 550 talented trampolinists descended upon the competition held in Macclesfield, eager to see who will be named the National Schools Champion. To make it into the finals competitors had to qualify through the regional and zonal stages of the competition. During the final the boys and girls performed two final routines and enjoyed the experience of competing amongst the best in the UK 🇬🇧

British Gymnastics Proficiency Awards

What do we get up to in our classes?

Trampolining is the perfect sport to develop confidence as well as improve balance, strength, co-ordination, agility and aeriel awareness. Our club follows the British Gymnastics Proficiency Award scheme to develop the fundamentals required for a lifetime of enjoyment and technical progress. The award scheme is built around 15 levels offering a variety in skill development, with a certificate and badge award at each level.

Take a look at what's on offer through our A Star club shop. We have boys and girls leotards, shorts, stirrups, onesies and teddy bears. (You'll need the club code to access the shop, please email us if you'd like it sent through).

Hereford Dynamix Foam Pit is in!

Our foam pit is ready to go...we are so excited to be Herefordshire's first and only club to offer this fantastic training aid! We cannot wait to see all our members take their first flight into the foam!
