Covid Operating Policy

✓  If I, or anyone I have been in close contact with, experience any symptoms of illness such as fever, cough, chills, loss of sense of smell or taste, or shortness of breath, I will not enter the Centre / attend training. I will notify Hereford Dynamix Trampoline Club and will follow the latest government guidelines.

✓  If I, or any of my household have been contacted by track and trace, I will notify Hereford Dynamix Trampoline Club. I will not attend training until we have carried out the necessary isolation as stated in the latest government guidelines.

✓  I understand and agree that my contact details (name and two phone numbers) will be passed onto NHS test and trace if someone in the facility / training group has tested positive for COVID-19.

Measures in place to keep everyone safe

✓  Arrive on time for entry into / pick up from sessions.

✓  Adhere to social distancing at all times.

✓  Gymnasts will be collected from and returned to the fire exits at the back of the building to maintain a safe environment. 

✓  Gymnasts must bring their own hand sanitiser for use in the session. The club will provide hand sanitiser to be used on entry and exit of the centre.

✓  Gymnasts will be allocated a coloured training zone.

✓  Hydration is essential. This must be in a drinks bottle (no cups), and must not be shared.

✓  Over 11’s may choose to wear a face mask inside the Hereford Leisure Centre. British Gymnastics don’t recommend the use of face masks whilst training.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is a contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By visiting Hereford Dynamix Trampoline Club, you, all visitors and staff voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

Due to variables including human error, we cannot guarantee visitors will not be unknowingly exposed to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) during their visit. By choosing to enter into training, Hereford Dynamix Trampoline Club does not assume any liability or risk associated with the actual or potential exposure to COVID-19, and all visitors hereby assume any and all such risk.
